This is the Online Gallery of some of my work.The Basics?........
My name is Troy Longest, I'm 36 yrs. old , and reside in Toledo, Ohio
I attended the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida where I studied
Graphic Design and Illustration. Since leaving Ringling , I have had the opportunity to
work with many wonderful artists and designers.
From 1989 to 1999, I was the Charge Artist for The Indiana Repertory Theatre where
I had the opportunity to experiment and challenge my inner artist.
I consider myself an Artist first and a Craftsman second.
Most of my work remains in the world of paint, but I am venturing more and more
into the realm of 3D creations
Over the years, I have remained curious to all art forms and continually delve into
new mediums and styles.
My next journey will be into Glass Blowing and Blacksmithing, seeing how prevalent they are here in Toledo.
